He was super helpful during walk throughs, and has a variety of contacts for inspections, mortgage companies, etc. that helped move the process along.  He was beyond helpful when it came to formulating offers and responding to a seller's counter-offer. He understands the need to work quickly in this market, but he never pushed and always made sure we were comfortable with next steps. Cam did an excellent job in helping us buy a house in Maine while we were living out of state. He was available to help us every step of the way. He recommended the home inspector that we hired and went with the inspector to the house. The inspector found a few problems and Cam was able to get the seller to take care of it. We felt we could rely on Cam during the whole process.
